Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes (in some cases, an extended 80 minute session is more appropriate). I am happy to offer a 15 minute phone consult at no cost to answer any questions you may have about therapy, my counseling style, or if you're just trying to find the right therapist.

in the Upper Kirby/Greenway area.

Online sessions are available Monday-Friday
